Certain AI provides AI-powered tools that analyse sales communications and automate insights through integrations such as Zoom, Slack, Gmail, and Salesforce.
Beta Access
Certain AI may provide early access or beta features. These are offered “as is”, and Certain AI does not guarantee performance or availability.
User Responsibilities
Users must:
Ensure they have authorisation to integrate their company’s systems (e.g. Zoom, Slack).
Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
Data & Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, and trademarks remain the property of Certain AI Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for business use.
Liability
Certain AI Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) for use of the Service in the prior 12 months.
Termination
Certain AI may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect security and compliance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
